The drag strip is a place where driving your car as fast as you can is encouraged.  Where burnouts are encouraged.  Where you can settle disputes and find out once and for all who has the fastest ride with no ambiguity.  There's a starting line and a finish line, and that's where it all counts.  And best of all, it's legal.  No hassles, no big tickets, no points off your license, nobody shaking their head because you have a hot car.  Also there will only be street cars (and trucks, and bikes!) at this event, which should mean very little waiting for a run, if you are inclined to hot-lap over and over again.  OIR is going to cram in as many runs as time allows, so be ready to race.

Please note that there are no glass bottles allowed anywhere on the premises of OIR, and if you have had so much as a single drink then you are NOT allowed to run down the track, so please keep that in mind.
 

Street Cars only Mufflers and DOT tires are required for this event.
